Dal-Forno Sample Menu

At Dal-Forno we customize our menu for each occasion. Below is a sampling of what we might be serving at an event. 

-House-made fennel sausage, smoked pepperoni, peppadew peppers, mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan, basil

-Smoked pepperoni, mozzarella, provolone, finished with fresh ricotta, hot honey, and fresh basil

-Fresh local shiitake mushrooms, sweet onion, shishito peppers, Indiana sweet corn, fresh mozzarella, finished with garlic oil, and fresh basil

-Mozzarella, provolone, fresh mozzarella, finished with fresh ricotta, garlic oil, and fresh basil

All pizzas are made on fresh handmade dough with fine Italian wheat flour. Ingredients are locally sourced, subject to change due to seasonal availability.
